Refers to touch or contact to the display of the satnav by a finger or hand. If your touchscreen is crackedand not responding, is blank but you can hear the start-up sound or it`s partially or completely not responding send the unit to our repair service. The repair will include replacing the cracked ordamaged touchscreen with a brand new genuine one to bring your unit back to perfect working order.

Tapping the screen too hard.

We will inspect and repair the HTC Gratia.
Additional devices need to be installed with SWS adaptors by technicians.
